About
I am Professor of Organisation and Practice at King’s Business School (King’s College London). I conduct ethnomethodological analysis of interaction in museums, in optician’s examination rooms, on street-markets and at dance workshops to reveal the social organisation of action and interaction through which aesthetic experience arise, vision is accessed, goods are exchanged for money, and steps are made in step with the music and with a dance partner. At KBS I am teaching courses on the undergraduate – qualitative research methods -, postgraduate programmes – peopling marketing, and in our doctoral programme – video-analysis. The courses primarily explore the interweaving of technology with the organisation of market interaction.
